How do I download a file?

Open a page in DOWNLOAD IT. When it spots a file, a chip appears in the address bar, or tapping a download link opens the download sheet. Choose a size if there's more than one, then tap Download.

Where do my downloads go?

Into your Library, sorted by type (Videos, Audio, Images, Documents and more). Search by name, by text inside documents, or by your hashtags.

How do I save a video or photo to the Photos app?

Open it in your Library and tap Save to Photos. Formats Photos doesn't support are converted on your iPhone automatically first.

Why can't I download from some sites?

DOWNLOAD IT doesn't download from streaming services or protected content, out of respect for creators and those services' terms.

How does iCloud sync work?

With iCloud sync on, your library appears on every iPhone and iPad signed in to your Apple Account. Make sure iCloud Drive is on in Settings › your name › iCloud.

How do I allow ads on a site I want to support?

Tap the shield on the left of the address bar, then turn on Allow ads on that site. The page reloads with its ads.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open DOWNLOAD IT and tap Restore on the Pro screen, or go to Settings › Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › DOWNLOAD IT Pro › Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.
